"...led by the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit" - To remain current with the various moves of God and to eliminate stagnation and empty religious traditions. The church and its programs shall be governed and managed by the power of the Holy Spirit with an Apostolic and Prophetic anointing.

"...develop ministry leaders who will be sent out to change communities through the love of God" - To provide leadership commitment such as, training, discipleship, fathering, impartation, and release believers for worldwide ministry.

"...change communities" - To fulfill the great commission by ministering to local and remote communities throughout the world.
